Motion Evaluation

Share This:

The motion evaluation is essential to progress in the Tune Me system. Our motion evaluation is a measure of Bracing muscle strength, String muscle dominance, compensatory muscle tightness, facia tightness and joint capsule tightness. It also monitors posture.

Measurement of these areas shows us progress as one moves through our system.

Our plan is to have results to compare against yourself and others of your same age and gender. You need a motion evaluation as you begin this process, after physical therapy, and every year (preferably on your birthday month). This allows us to measure your improvement or worsening through this initial process and through the years.

If you experience an injury or accident, we then have a measure of how you moved before the incident, allowing us to set our expectations for recovery.

If you receive your first motion evaluation at 35 and we track you every year, we would hope that you could reach 75 with the same motion. You never know if this is possible if you don’t track!

Contact the clinic for scheduling. Prices are $50

Also note that ESPT (physical therapy on the other side of our building) has offered to take the motion evaluation and develop a plan to treat deficiencies. After motion evaluation this can be discussed with them.
